General

  • Do you actually do the packing and moving?+
    No — we are a pre-move consultancy. We plan the move so your removalists and packers are faster, cheaper, and less likely to hit surprises. Think of us as the architect and the removalist as the builder.
  • What areas do you service?+
    We are based in Sadliers Crossing and service moves across Ipswich, Brisbane, and greater south-east Queensland for in-person audits. Virtual audits and strategy sessions are available anywhere in Australia.

Booking

  • How soon before my move should I book?+
    For interstate or international moves, ideally 4–6 weeks out so there is still time to act on the recommendations. Local moves benefit from 1–2 weeks of lead time. Single-item audits can be booked at short notice.
  • What if my situation changes after I book?+
    Reach out as early as possible — we can reschedule consults free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked time. See our full terms on the Bundles page.

Bundles

  • Do the bundles include anything physical?+
    No. Our deliverables are consults and written plans (PDF). You purchase materials and removalist services directly, using our sourcing guidance to avoid paying retail markup.
